Your Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse will review your medical history, discuss your concerns, and explain available options. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision before any treatment is provided.  

 All advertising, communication, and treatment information provided by our clinic follows the requirements set by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). We do not use testimonials, we avoid making guarantees of results, and we ensure all information shared is factual and accurate. 

 Deposits are redeemable against products and services. A cancellation fee applies for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. 

Quotes and pricing for prescription based treatments can only be provided in a face-to-face consultation, in line with AHPRA and TGA requirements. 

Safety is our priority. Treatments are delivered by a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse in a clinical environment, following evidence-based protocols and within the standards set by AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). 

You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment after consultation. We encourage all patients to take the time they need to make an informed decision.

 Results vary between individuals, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your clinician will provide information about potential benefits and risks during your consultation. 

 You will be provided with the clinic contact number. For urgent concerns, please contact the clinic immediately. Non-urgent concerns can be reviewed at your two-week follow-up appointment. 

 Yes. We only use medical-grade devices and products that are registered or listed with the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) in Australia. 

 No. Suitability depends on your health history, lifestyle factors, and individual needs. This will be discussed with you during your consultation. If a treatment is not appropriate, your clinician will advise you and may recommend alternatives. 

 Yes. Every treatment begins with a consultation. This ensures your medical history, goals, and individual needs are carefully considered before deciding if a treatment is appropriate. 

All services at FACE are Nurse Practitioner led, with our Warrnambool services provided by a nurse practitioner and our Camperdown services provided by a registered nurse under Nurse Practitioner guidence. Treatments are only provided after a comprehensive consultation and assessment of individual suitability.
