FACE by Tara Morgan, originally established as Cosmedi Co. in 2019, transformed into its current identity in 2023, embodying Tara’s vision of offering high-quality cosmetic clinic services and dermal therapies. Our clinic is led by a Nurse Practitioner, ensuring that all treatments are administered with advanced clinical training and a strong emphasis on safety and person-centred care.
Meet the team
Tara is the founder and Nurse Practitioner behind FACE by Tara Morgan, a leading cosmetic clinic specializing in advanced dermal therapies.
Tara began her nursing career in 2008 as an Enrolled Nurse before completing a Bachelor of Nursing to become a Registered Nurse.
In 2019, Tara transitioned into cosmetic nursing, combining her clinical knowledge and passion for patient-centered care. She later completed a Master of Nurse Practitioner, achieving endorsement by AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner.
Tara maintains a keen interest in evidence-based cosmetic and dermal treatments, ensuring her practice reflects the latest clinical knowledge and professional standards. She is committed to providing safe, supportive, and respectful care, with a holistic focus on each individual’s needs.

Jess joined the FACE in 2025 and brings with her over 16 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Jess has worked across a variety of healthcare settings, including acute care, renal nursing, community health, and aged care, and is now expanding her expertise in the cosmetic clinic sector with a focus on dermal therapies.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Graduate Certificate in Health (Scheduled Medicines – RIPERN), and additional qualifications in haemodialysis, immunisation, infection control, and advanced life support.
With a warm and professional approach, Jess ensures that every client feels supported throughout their consultation and treatment process as a Nurse Practitioner.
Jess primarily consults from our Camperdown Pharmacy location, where she provides a range of services.
