Strictly no refunds
treatments vary from individual to individual and our team may not always be able to always treat you for what you have inquired or made a booking for. Before determining if you are suitable for the procedure and proceeding with medical treatments our team must take a history conduct a consultation have a discussion and so they're comfortable with treating you.
Consultation fee
patients seeing the team at FBTM for a consultation are charged a $50 booking fee for the consultation. This is redeemable on treatment; no shows will forfeit this fee.
Cancellation fee
Patients will be liable for a $100 cancellation fee if they cancel within less than 24 hours. In the instance a $50 deposit has been paid this will be forfeited.
Children/Minors
Our Clinic strictly treats only patients over 18 years of age.
Payment at time of service
You are responsible for ensuring that payment is made for your account by cash, eftpos or credit card payment on the day. If you default on paying your account on the day, interest on overdue invoices shall accrue daily from the date of your treatment this shall be calculated at a rate of 5% per calendar month and such interests show compound monthly at this rate until any judgement or full payment of invoices made if you default on any agreed payment plan or outstanding invoices FBTM will be indemnified against any debt including legal costs which include FBTM’s own solicitor and any debt collection agency costs.
Suitability for treatment
FBTM does not accept all patients for treatment, some patients are unsuitable for procedures performed, FBTM reserves the right to decline or cancel further management of any patient if in the clinical opinion of the practitioner the patient is unsuited for further care. FBTM offers no guarantee or warranty that any procedure will benefit the patient or have a guaranteed outcome as a patient of FBTM you acknowledge that there is no guarantee of result for any procedure whilst every effort is made to achieve desired outcomes you as the patient understand that these are not guaranteed.
Refund policy as there are no guarantees with medical procedures it is essential that the patient understands procedures are not an exact science. Every human body is different and may react differently. Whatever the outcome the product and or service has been provided and it is therefore not possible for FBTM or the clinician to refund procedure fees. This is nonnegotiable. FBTM will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the patient requests however no guarantees are offered in relation to the effects of any procedure performed.
Medication or changing medical history
it is the patient’s responsibility to inform FBTM when there is a change in their medical history (eg. pregnancy, cold sores etc) and medication (eg. Roaccutane etc.). Should you come on the day of your appointment and the practitioner is unable to perform the procedure due to your medical condition or medications, your booking fee will be forfeited. In the unlikely event of any unforeseen emergency involving the care of the patient, the patient will be transported to hospital at the discretion of the attending paramedics, all costs relating to the transfer and care of the patient remains the responsibility of the patient. Please advise your practitioner for any procedure if medication, either oral or topical you may currently have been taking or used.
Review of procedure
reviewing of procedures can be conducted at two weeks or more after the procedure except in the case of emergencies for example vascular occlusion or infection which will require the patient to be seen immediately. Asymmetry typical post treatment swelling lumpiness etc. will not be reviewed for at least two weeks unless advised otherwise. Unless there are signs of infection or other serious complication, no reviews will take place before the advised review time frame. It is your responsibility to inform the clinic if there are other serious complications. Please call us on 0412283242 if you have any concerns.
Hyalase or dissolving of dermal fillers
should the patient request to dissolve any dermal fillers performed at FBTM a minimum of four weeks after the procedure is required before assessment and the cost of dissolving the dermal filler will be advised. You may require approximately 3 sessions. Our staff reserve the right to decline the treatment of Hyalase if they think it is minimal risk or not in the patients best interests.
Photography
every patient will have photography prior to their initial consultation. In making an appointment at the clinic patients are consenting to this part of the normal procedure of the clinic. Photographs will also be taken at gain when advised by they practitioner
Patient arrivals
in consideration for all patients if a patient arrives late to their appointment the practitioner reserves the right to not see the patient on that day in this case your booking fee will be forfeited
Ceasing clinic or patient relationship
FBTM reserve the right to cease the clinic or patient relationship at anytime.
Asymmetry
all humans are asymmetrical. Our practitioners will do our best to improve on this. All corrections of asymmetry post treatment are at the cost of the patient. F BTM does not offer any complementary treatments in the case of asymmetry
Communication with the clinic
all written correspondence to our clinic and the practitioners should be via our email info@facebytaramorgan.com.au Messages sent via Instagram, Facebook or Google are not monitored, please do not send enquiries to these accounts.
